Hi and welcome!
I'm Lesli and this is my blog. A while ago, just after I ran the London Marathon, I realised I needed a new challenge. I have a bit of fitness & health attention-deficit, so it's important for me to mix things up and keep it interesting.
So I decided to start this blog as a way to both motivate myself to try new things constantly and to remember what I'd tried; to share my experiences and also get other people's thoughts on the classes, methods, food or tips they've enjoyed and that have kept them moving towards the practice of a fit and happy life.
