With a little under a week until Be:Fit London, I'm getting super excited about checking out the food, classes and all the partner brands they have on offer.
As I haven't been to this kind of event before, I'm not sure what exactly it'll be like but I'm ready to spend a day finding out and exploring!
There's loads to do and it was actually kind of hard to choose between everything but I wanted to make sure that I've got a place in the Reebok Studio classes I wanted most so I've pre-booked the Uptown Funk workshop with Seen on Screen fitness, who I've wanted to try out since I heard about them at lululemon Covent Garden. I also signed up for Elimin8tor, which sounds genuinely terrifying and awesome.
There are lots of talks, including from Rewards for Health and Victoria Pendleton, which I'm going to try to make it to, and of course I'll be treating myself to a little post-workout massage action and trying to visit as many of the health, fitness and fashion brands on site as I can.
If anyone is still interested in going you can still get tickets at Be:Fit London.
Want to meet up and share experiences? I'll be there on the Saturday and would love to hear what you think and share your views on fit & happy! Get in touch.
