I love Kimberly's glowing green smoothie and am a huge fan of the book The Beauty Detox Solution. The best part is that she does an easy intro to a raw diet but isn't a total dictator about it, so if you've been wanting to try eating raw but not going totally veggie/vegan, I highly recommend her very realistic take on how to adopt pieces into your diet that work for you and your lifestyle.

Six Physio are a great team with locations across London. They were a huge help in my training for the London Marathon with everything from sport massages to keep my legs feeling (relatively) normal right through to exercises and full physio to get me back on track when I pulled my calf eith weeks out from the marathon.
Even if all you're after is a proper deep sports massage, I would definitely recommend these guys.
Walk Jog Run is my favourite app for tracking my runs.
It not only uses GPS to track your own runs but you can share them and see the runs that others have shared in your area, by distance. This is an awesome feature if you're looking for a bit of variety in your landscape as you run or, even better, if you're visiting a different city that you're not familiar with, it provides great options by people who run locally on a regular basis.
